Thesni Nazeer trading as Roo Your Way (ABN 32 547 748 909), a travel planning business based in Melbourne, Victoria.

Completing the questionnaire is a request, not a booking. Nothing is reserved and nothing is charged until we have agreed a plan with you in writing.

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices depend on availability at the time of booking and can change until a booking is confirmed and paid.

Payments are taken through a hosted checkout operated by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.

Bank transfer is available for larger amounts and takes one to two business days to confirm.

Flights, accommodation, tours and transport are provided by third parties under their own terms and conditions. We arrange them on your behalf; we do not operate them.

Visa outcomes are decided solely by the Australian Government. We can point you at official information and registered agents, but nobody can guarantee a visa.

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and the correct visa, for meeting entry requirements, and for giving us accurate details. Errors in names or dates can be expensive to correct.

We strongly recommend travel insurance, including medical cover — ambulance transport is not free for visitors in most Australian states.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
